Baillie Burmaster

Baillie Burmaster is the Sports Reporter and Anchor at WBAY

Baillie was born in Dallas, Texas, but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. When choosing a college, she wanted to play soccer at the D1 level and attend an established sports media program. Oklahoma State offered both those opportunities and it was the best decision to become a Cowgirl. Baillie knew at a young age sports broadcasting was the career path she wanted and is forever grateful to the School of Media and Strategic Communication for giving her all of the tools to succeed. After graduating in May 2016, She started as a News Reporter at KAMC in Lubbock, Texas, but after two months she was promoted. Baillie currently lives in Wisconsin covering the Packers, Bucks and Brewers.

Baillie leaves you with this: "This school gives you all the tools to exceed...as long as you are willing to put forth the work. If you choose OSU, the professors will do all they can to give you the skills and tools to follow your dreams. You just have to put forth the energy, effort and attitude."
